An end-to-end bus reservation platform for regional operators | seat selection, scheduling, and payments unified in a flow built for low-bandwidth, high-volume use.

The Challenge

Passengers booked through phone calls and counter queues while competitors moved online. The operator's legacy system couldn't handle peak-season load or mobile-first users.
