Users bounced between maps, blogs, booking sites, and notes. Plans lived in five places; nothing updated when flights or hotels changed.
The planner is now the single source of truth from research to return | and users treat it like a travel companion, not a spreadsheet.

Act I | Setup
An intelligent trip-planning tool that turns scattered research into one calm itinerary | built for travellers who plan deeply but hate juggling tabs.
Users bounced between maps, blogs, booking sites, and notes. Plans lived in five places; nothing updated when flights or hotels changed.
Act II | Process

Followed twelve travellers from inspiration to departure. The breakpoint was always the same | the moment the plan became too fragmented to trust on the road.

Designed around days, not features. Each day is a card stack | locations, reservations, notes | draggable, printable, and shareable without export hacks.

Real-time sync with conflict resolution, map integration with cached tiles, and progressive web app support for offline itinerary access.
Act III | Proof
Day-by-day itinerary builder
Map-linked location pins
Collaborative trip sharing
Booking attachment and reminders
Offline itinerary access

We replaced the tab chaos with one surface travellers actually open at the airport. Planning became part of the trip, not a chore before it.
Act IV | Impact
Travel tools compete on trust at the moment of departure. If the itinerary isn't readable on a phone in sunlight, nothing else matters.
Act V | Exit
The planner is now the single source of truth from research to return | and users treat it like a travel companion, not a spreadsheet.
