Overview

A purpose-driven technology platform | built to make a category traditionally underserved by software feel premium, trustworthy, and human.

The Challenge

The category had been built by engineers, for engineers. Real end-users were churning at the onboarding step because the language and interface assumed too much.

Ran first-time-user tests with twenty-eight participants. Watched where confidence dropped and rewrote both copy and UI at those exact moments.
